For soul reaping attribute Q7-13, hct/hsr 10% OR 19/20% CURSES or +29/30 hp mods are fine..

2. I am looking for reQ7 stre or tac bladed shields with (almost ) perfect mods
- any Life mod but not stance
- any armor against xx | -2^ench | -5/-19 or 20
