that would be a no, ddr3 uses 1.5 volts and ddr2 uses 1.8 volts, and it might even be a different socket, so I would not try plunging in ddr2 into ddr3 slots it might fry or not even fit.

DDR2 RAM will not fit in to a DDR3 Slot, so don't even try - they are 100% incompatible with each other.
