I have a crack team of language researchers behind me, and for the life of us, we can't figure out what the bloody hell you're actually trying to get across...
Do you mean you see many posts that seem as though they're in response to something that isn't there? If that's the case, quite often you'll find moderators deleting posts from topics when they're useless troll posts, offensive, etc. I do believe this forum system also allows users themselves to delete their posts.

Ahh, so you mean why are people idiots who post things that are either disallowed by the rules or otherwise a short nondescript post with little to no bearing on or adding to a discussion? That answer's a little more complicated, as some times the people simply don't read, sometimes they just want one more to their post count, and some times they are just douche bag trolls.

I think OP's second post made things even less clear for me...
wth is he talking about?
wth is he talking about?

I think it's about people not being precise enough in their posts to add to a discussion.

Can you make it a bit clearer for us? Can't really understand it.

Also, forum rank name is determined by amount of posts, so some people just type in a response of only a few words to get their rank an easy +1.

You mean people actually look at other people's "forum title" as a sign of, well, what exactly? status? experience?

I think I might know what you're talking about (from the first post anyway, the second makes no sense whatsoever).
Guru has an automatic spam filter, and it automatically blocks posts if the user meets certain requirements such as low post count (<10 or something like that), dodgy sounding name, etc. I don't know the specific requirements, but it's stuff like that. These posts need to be manually approved by a mod before they show up (or properly deleted, in the case of spam).
Maybe one or two good people a month get caught in the filter (compared to a fair few spambots), though it isn't much of an issue after you get to 10 posts or so and the filter recognises that you aren't a spambot. If it's really giving you trouble, PM a supermod/admin and they'll do something about it.
