Agreed on Shield. Only 1 mod.

Zodiac Scepter is kinda hard to PC. 2 max mods and req9, but the hex-mod almost kills it.
Maybe 5-10k, but get more input.

Ornate Scimitar: few k max. I'd probably just merch or give it away
