I have a req 9 shield with a max devotion mod and 20% shorter bleeding duration
I also have a req 11 one with a weakness and +43 endurance mod

I believe the price range is 40-60k on those shields but I'm willing to haggle. I even have some other shield mods if you're looking for some.
