Please help Mhenlo isnt with me for Vizunah

I don't know where to find him, there is no primary quest in my quest log because i should be starting the mission. I am using a nightfall character and i guess i left factions for a while now mhenlo is nowhere to be found

please i would appreciate any help there has to be a reason he isn't with me or in vizunah square. Do i have to add him to my party? bah i really want to continue the story

Did you actually try starting the mission? he'll be waiting for you inside

Usually when you start a mission the place on the map blinks and there is a person there with the mission symbol thing above their head. the map icon is blinking but there the guy doesnt have that symbol i think i need to have mhenlo with me

Unlike Nightfall missions, the mission start button ( Enter mission )is at the bottom of your party box.
As stated previously Menhlo will join you at the beginning of the mission

Note: Vizunah Square is one of those "dual party" missions. One party starts in the Local Quarter and one starts in the Foreign Quarter. One party has Mhenlo with them and the other has [the other guy]. The two parties meet up near the beginning.
