The Glorious Hall of Monuments! :3

Hi all. ^^

I've played Guild Wars for a while, but the Hall of Monuments.. has always baffled me. :s

I know what the "basics" are. You put stuffs in, it gets customized/dedicated/etc to your account/character... But my question is, "What happens if the character is deleted?"

I've got a character with titles, minis, heroes, armor, and more in the Hall of Monuments. But I'd like to re-make her. (Yeh, I know.."why would you do that!?" I know the Hall of Monuments can be changed to "account-wide", but if the character is deleted, are the "things" ("things" being statues, miniatures, armors) that were put in by that character gone? (Not gone from inventory/bank, but gone from your Hall.)

I've done this twice. (Once for getting a Legendary Survivor, then again because I was disappointed with a character) I did not lose those characters achievements. They stayed account wide, and could only be seen account wide (as the original character only view is gone with the character)

You can delete your character and your stuff that is in your Hall of Monuments can stay. Someone got hacked his 2 FoW-sets are gone but they still were in his HoM. So, no problemo. But now you need to fill it Account-Wide and not Character-Based

(By the way, do Collectors Editions of Prophecies, Factions, or Nightfall have any impact on the Hall of Monuments? With the exception of the miniature that you can get from them, of course.) :3

CE's of the campaigns haven't got any impact outside of the mini's.

Can you change it back to Character-Based if you had it Account-wide?

Yes, you can switch back and forth at any time. It comes in handy since an account wide hall shows the tapestries, but you can't add any achievements until the tapestries are added to the character based hall.
