Can a killed hero return in ghostform to fight Dhuum?

Anyone who's tried?

I havent done UW for ages, but I have read about this new Dhuum part and seeing as the only way you can go back as a spirit is by talking to the Mayor, I would have to assume that no you cant get heroes to come back as heroes do not interact with NPC's
