Profession Change Quest Question

I did the quests on two of my Characters, they started in the Nightfall Campaign. If my character started on Phrophicies is it possible to do the quest line in the nightfall campaign to change your profession?

Changing profession via doing the quest "Hunted!" is possible only for Elonian-born characters. But you can change your profession of your Ascalon character by becoming Veh no Su (doing the Nahpui Quarter mission in Faction).
