First off let me state what this alliance is all about. We are all friends, (or going to be) so we treat each other as such. We have a laid back & friendly atmosphere, we are team players & assist each other when possible, we don’t beg or spam in chats and we don’t rage quit with our allies. We listen to each other with an open mind and we have fun!! Most of the guilds in the alliance have been together for a year or more and have a lot of friendships built across the guild lines, and that camaraderie spills over into AC. Many people even have second and third accounts in other guilds in the alliance truly making us feel like one big guild.
We are all mature-aged guilds that will often make jokes regarding sex, booze, sex, drugs, more sex, beer, did I say sex yet?... The majority of our alliance members are in the 25-40 age range, so we talk and joke as adults. We try to keep the AC language (mostly) clean of F bombs and excessive swearing, but the convos can quickly leave the G-rated realm and it is not meant to be a place for children. The most commonly talked about items in AC are game-related, so don't come just looking for smut or you will be (sorely... get it?) disappointed. But, maturely themed comments and jokes do happen enough that it should be mentioned up front. Dig?
In game we have a lot of helpful members that just love the game and team up constantly. We do elite areas, titles, fun events such as Scavenger Hunts, Where's the Wench, HM Nights, Area Races and we hang in Pre to farm for Nick gifts. We also dabble in PVP, (HA, GVG, etc) love our ABs & JQs. We have one guild, [GIRL], that is mainly PvP and is happy to teach those interested in learning more about the PvP realm. While we are always happy to share what we know and help people learn the game, the majority of your guild should have experienced players with most areas unlocked and HM available. Most of us have been playing for 2 or more years, so most of your guild should be the same to be a good fit.
Out of game we spend our time making each other laugh on chatango and posting on the forums. Radio shows, art, games, a great community, good laughs and good times.
Alliance Features

* Our Vent server will be made available to alliance members. Currently 3 guilds use the same vent server and the remaining guilds have individual servers. This is a very heavy vent usage alliance, so the majority of your guildies should regularly use vent.
* The guilds in our alliance range from 10 members to 60 members.
* If you are active that is great! If your guild is active, but mostly keeps to yourself then you won't want to join our alliance. We are a very social group that thrives on the community feel.
* We have very active forums.
* A website that not only acts as a forum but as an entire place to hangout in due to the chatango feature.
* The forums also include the GWBBCODE like those seen on PVXbuilds.
* RSS feeds for guild and game news, events, accomplishments, and more. These can even be embedded into your own guild's website to keep up with the latest alliance info. To establish this we use the RSS feed from our alliance twitter account. http://twitter.com/EYElliance
* We have radio parties and allies that DJ on http://sanitarium.fm
* We have artistic allies and events too. Mortbane is in [PIG] and blesses us with her artistic talent. Jim [PIG] also makes signatures and designed the website.
* We have people playing on American and Euro times so there is almost always someone around.
Rules
* 18 and older members in your guilds only please. The older, the better since a good chunk of us are over 30.
* Alliance Chat: no spamming, begging, or negativity.
* Trading between allies is allowed in AC as long as ally discounts are applied. Otherwise, you can buy/sell in a town for full or inflated prices.
* Swearing is fine just don't go crazy.
* We DO NOT TOLERATE antisocial behavior such as belittling others, saying you suck cuz your not rank X, insulting people’s titles, and other insulting comments regarding race, religion, sexuality and the other normally social off-limits topics.
* No rank requirements are allowed if you ask for players in AC. If you need someone to be at a certain level, post a search in town, not AC.
* The normal GW rules are followed. (no bots, selling of gold or items for real money, etc.)
* Due to issues we have had in the past, new guilds will be asked to not buy and sell nor ask for gifts or runs in AC for two weeks. Only group forming requests and general chatting will be allowed from the new guild(s). Near the end of the two week period I will talk to the leader(s) to see if we collectively think we are a good match and then lift the ban if we all agree. Sorry if this seems harsh, but we have been rather burned by new guilds thinking our alliance is meant to just be a new free service for them without so much as a hello and thank you.
