PC Req 9 Oni Blade

I picked up a Gold, R9 Oni blade a long time ago and just dumped it on a mule. Any ideas how much this would sell for:

Zealous R9 Oni Blade of Enchanting (20%)

Inherent Mod: Dmg + 15% while enchanted

It's perfect, someone offered me 15k but I would never sell without getting a few, expert opinions.

I wouldn't think it would be much more than 30-40k if that. I havent really seen many around lately, but I think that r9's in general have lost alot of their value due to this whole r8 fad.
