Dolyak PROD staff is a very common skin, assuming that is what you mean then you can find them selling for 2-5k for an unmodded req9.

If you need Dolyak Prod staffs I would suggest you farm chests in HM (or NM) outside Boreal Station going until where the avalanches are. High drop rate of those staffs, so yeah they are nearly worthless ^^
