Guild Wars Reset Password

Hi everyone.

As many players, when Factions came out, I bought a copy and activated it but did not added it to my main account. Later I found out that I could not join them. So I bought additional campaigns and added them to prophecies. when I wanted to use my old factions account if i could not remembered the password i would change it. I never registered in ncsoft. but the email reset function is no longer there. Any idea as to how to reset the password?

I think you need to contact support via guildwars.com... and i heard anet can combine 2 accounts to one, so they may even help with with that (not sure if they're still doing this).

They can only combine accounts by wiping everything on one of them. So if you played the standalone account, you would lose all characters and items.
