Agree with Tenebrae that it's merch if non-inscribable.
If it is inscribable, I'd say 80-100k+ It seems like there are quite a few fans of the Round Shield skin around, and one doesn't see as many of this skin for sale in min. req. shields as seen in other skins.
The reason for the difference is that folks can use inscriptions and shield handles to make an inscribable shield have max. dual mods. It's impossible to change the mods on a non-inscribable shield.
Inscribable shields with max armor and min req (16/8, 15/7, 14/6, etc.) are in high demand right now, especially for shields with non-primary attribute requirements because people are using them with Warrior or Paragon as their secondary profession.
The functionality makes any such shield valuable. After that, prices vary by popularity of the skin, too.
