You want the -image command line.
Edit: Doh, was beat to the information.

thanks for the fast responses guys... i remember where to put it on my old XP machine, but it's a little different on Windows 7, the target just says "Guild Wars" and there's no option to modify :S
ahh, found it, no worries. was being a bit funny at first about me hving to be logged on as asmin, though my account is the only login, and admin as default...

Iiirc Image takes awhile to get through, and it may use up a fair chunk of your internet allowance.

-image only took me like 30min then ingame load was about 2hours.
no internet allowance, does that save you money?

The length of time '-mage' takes depends somewhat on how much content needs to be downloaded. If you don't delete gw.dat it will only download whatever content is needed. If you have a new installation or you have deleted gw.dat, the download can be around 3GB and takes a long time.

Hmmm just realized you guys aren't from New Zealand <_<. Our internet providers are like 20 years behind you guys in the states etc, so we get caps on how much we can download. For example, a plan may only allow for 10 gigs worth of downloading and uploading per month, if you exceed it you pay extra and go on dial up speeds. It sucks.
