PC on R8 Crude Daggers insc

Can I get a PC on these daggers , these ones are inscribed and off by 1 point to max.

id say merc... blue, common and not perfect

I would merch em too or 5k max .

remove the mods and merch

Some perma builds that have a few spare points to make 8 dagger mastery but not 9 could use them for some extra damage while using zealous mod for energy, better than wintergreens in that case and not a big loss to CUSTOMIZE them.
I'd say 5-10k unmodded.
Max req.8 +15^ench or +15^50 or +5E are far more expensive and don't drop anymore.
