Do you have Prophecies? You have to have Prophecies linked to your account in order to get Olias.
Kawil
Do you own Prophecies...need to have that to get to Bloodstone Fen.
Gennadios
You need to talk to the NPC at the top of the stairs at the Consulate Docks outpost. And you also need Proph.

While this topic is up, anyone want to explain why anet removed the ability to obtain Olias from Prophecies without going to NF? As someone who OWNS NF, but chooses not to go over to NF to get one hero for a prophecies character pisses me off a little because you used to be able to.
Gennadios
I've played long enough to have done both versions of the olias obtainment quest.
Only reason I can come up with is to tie the necro into the story better. Maybe ANet, in it's infinite wisdom decided that the player should actually become a sunspear before taking on heroes?
