I'm not a pricing expert by any sense, but I'll give you my opinion.
~10k for #1, #2 & #4, ~5k for #3.

Hard to PC these shields. The stats are unorthodox. Can't imagine any use for them outside of a random collector who wants it just for the sake of having it. However, shields #2 & 4 have semi decent stats so I'd assume they'd be somewhere around the 10-20k range.
High req. coupled with unorthodox stats kinda kills the value in my opinion. Could be wrong but that's how I see it. Get a second opinion if you can find any.

These are collector items only really.
If it were me I'd set s/b on each @ 20k and see where it goes. You can then set b/o based on interest shown.
This is just my view. As like byteme said, these are hard to PC.
