I may be misinformed, but many classes are unable, or will be unable to solo uw due to recent tweaks. Which classes can actually solo a part of uw?

Spirit Spam is as far I know, atm the only build capable of solo'ing the whole Underworld.
Warriors can still do Wastes solo, they shouldn't have problems with skeletons imo.
Rest, I doubt it. Perma sins --> fail.

All classes that were able to smite farms still can, as long as you aren't autistic.

Touch Ranger can also solo in Planes if you let the Wailing Lords live for energy.

Rangers can still solo trap UW if you have the patience for that, but spirits and touch ranger are both faster.

Any/Rt can solo UW with spirits.

600/smite works, but that is a duo. It's not too hard to do with a hero as the smiter.

A/E can still solo wastes, plains, pools and probably the beginning of pits, just dont be a dumbass and run away from skeletons. You can easily kill skeletons once you have enough non-melee aggro using sliver armor and ward. Just remember that they have a tendancy to run first, stop and cast its skills where they stopped.

When I say "solo", I mean farm, not complete the acctual quest. (to avoid confusion)
