I have a req. 10 strength Draconic Aegis, gold, max, insc. for 35 ecto.

FWIW, I'm pretty sure Draconic Aegis come from only certain EotN reward chests and maybe zChest, so the minimum req they appear in is 9. You need not worry about lower reqs.
