if its for your warrior then obviously you have to have it req 12 or less.
I've seen req 12 ones selling for as low as 2-5k on the sell forums. Even req 9 only go for around 10-20 depending on mods.

R9 are 15-30k , you can get a R12 per 5k i guess.
