Ok,the verbal fight started since one of our team members in RA posted his hp bar,and for no real reason, other 2 members accused him as a leecher, and reported him.
After 2 more wins,i posted my hp bar which was 495 and I got reported
I told them it wasn't correct to do such thing because it isnt even leeching
Than i typed /report, but I didnt know how the whole report system work, and I didnt know i need to click on a player who I want to report,so I reported person in opposing team for verbal abuse, right before I did the right thing with my team member who was really annoying and speculating
I don't know If Im going to be punished for this in any way.For what I know,i did the right thing with person who did all the offence to poor 500hp mesmer who had to leave team right after he got offended by 2 team members over nothing!
Edit: By speculating i mean talking in team chat how wrong it is to have lower than 500hp right before reporting. You might consider it as verbal abuse or not,but it all was pretty much offending
Im afraid for what I have done, altho I wanted to do the right thing.I want to know what to do next... is there way to appolagise or I might get my account banned over such thing?
Reporting option - What have I done...

Don't worry about it. If you reported 1 person one time, and A-Net decides not to take action against the person, they won't suspend you for abusing the report system. BUT, if you get in the habit of reporting people to grief them, then you may face a suspension for abusing the system.
BTW: you don't have to click on the person, you can just type in their name, Like so:
"/report Player X"

Kook is right, don't by afraid of punishment for this one time mistake.

The only thing that is going to happen is you are trading dishonor points back and forth.
You accrue 2 dishonor points for every leech report.
If less than 1/3 of your team reports for leeching, the person reporting also gets 2 dishonor points.
(Thats by the rules, but apparently its bugged and when someone reports for leeching the reporter and reportee both get points.)
If 1/2 your team reports you for leeching, you don't get any faction or exp points for the rest of the match.
You can also get dishonor points for leeching just by standing still for too long, even if nobody reports you.
Once you get 10 points in a 60 min period, you get hexed for 1 min for every point.
The points reset every 60 min that you don't get any points.
Edit: Let me rephrase. You get hexed if you get at least 10 points without going a 60 min period without accruing any points. In theory, that could be 4 hrs, 56 min. or something like that.

What I've found to work best is to just deal with it and move on. You'll find that, in RA especially, if you report everyone who pisses you off, acts rude or shitty, griefs, or is just guilty of general douchebaggery, you will spend more time reporting than playing. I just make a mental note of their name and re-enter after the round. It makes me feel better to just whip their ass next time than reporting them would.
Anet also plants moles in RA to try and get people to spite report. Awhile back, they had monks loading in with crappy smite builds because they had a lot of complaints of people reporting smite monks as leechers because they were pissed they weren't healing.

You reported one person for a legitimate reason on accident, not a hundred or thousand people just for fun. Relax, you're fine.
