Some opinions please on the value of this Chaos axe.

Uninscribable,
+5 energy inherrent

Can add 20/20 and +30hp etc if it'll increase the sale value

Maybe 10-15k if you're lucky. Unless you can definitley find a buyer I wouldn't put the mods on it.

Easily 30-40k - have sold a few around that.....
