k so i cant find this thing anywhere, but I'm guessing its a prot staff since its on RC's mostly. iv looked thru a million galleries of staves and wands. (it is a staff but im frustrated) so plox. for teh of of internetz! WHAT IS THIS!

Not the ugliest, but sure as hell not the prettiest, lotta people are blinded by, costs a bit so must be pretty, sigh, see frog scepter for details (chuckles!)
I like the Tormy shields tho, but everyone and their Granny has one in weapon slot F2, usually with a VS (rolls eyes)
