focus is 10kish maybe less.

aegis.. probably not a lot at all.
since the handle is nonmax and a single mod, regardless of what it is, i would pretty much say merch.

If the shield is single-modded, it's probably not worth much. Dual-modded would be worth some cash regardless - non-max health mod or not.
