WTB Q13 Volataic Spear! Possibly 2!

As the title says, I'm looking to buy a Req.13 Caster modded Voltaic Spear, with the possibility that I might need two. I must make myself clear in that I will not overpay, and am happy to be patient and wait for prices to come to me. I also need to make clear that I will not overpay for either of them, if I need the two, for them being black dyed (please note that I will buy a black dyed one, but refuse to pay extra for it). Lastly, I will of course be buying th cheapest priced item. Thanks guys, and sorry to sound rude/pedantic
