I'm thinking of using famine for a build or two, was it nerfed, is it still as strong and simply fell out of use because others took the place?

it is still used with 600/smites in doa etc. Nothing was changed about it.

Personnaly I find famine overrated. I find more use in ancestors with quicksand to null heals quickly thus killing faster, but that is just personal opinion.

I seem to remember that I did some 600-tanking outside Unwaking Waters with SV/AV - Don't know if it still works.
