Why a 6200? There are many many other AGP cards out there that are better and for about the same money. What site are you ordering from?

it's only an upgrade if you play DX9 titles, play at low resolutions, and without AA. in the context of GW, the 6200 will be better if you play in nightfall and EotN areas. the geforce FX series have horrible DX9 performance, so horrible that they get slaughtered routinely by intel integrated graphics.

the 6200 uses 64bit memory interface, compared to the 128 bit on the fx5600 (well, i think that's what it is). this means, unless the memory on the 6200 runs at twice the frequency, the fx will have better memory bandwidth, and will perform better at higher resolutions and antialiasing.

I bought that 6200 a long time ago (*when I was still noob ) can't remember what store , I was just wondering if it was worth installing over a 5600

it's an old pc (2ghz,512mb ram) my sis sometimes wants to play sims 3 on it most of the times she never gets any farther then building the house cause playing is impossible xD

Thanks for the replies =]

upgrading to a 6200 won't help your sister to play The Sims 3 - you need more upgrading than that - or a new pc altogether perhaps.... Sims 2 might run ok though.
