NCSoft account

here's the deal. I haven't logged on my ncsoft account in a while, and I forgot my username/pass. On another sites, it should've easily be solved by just asking for the password via email, on the email you used to create the account. Is this possible as well on the official page? Because when I press the forgot password thingie, it wants to know my username, which I utterly forgot. So, suggestions?

If you fully forgot EVERYTHING, your only option is to contact support, be ready to show pictures of your CD Keys.

thanks for the quick reply. I'd assume they can resend the data to the email the account was made on. If not, I got the keys!

Raise a ticket to support, ensure you give them the following information that way it will be resolved in the shortest time

Your name and address

what campaigns are on the account

The serial keys (which you have)

when purchased if possible approx

If you know a name of a char on account

.................................................. ....

Those above are the most important
General info

What is surprising is most guys have an email account and all information is within your email.

Any purchases like adding a new campaign / slot ect is sent to your email confirming the action

This works the same as if you request an email /pass change it is first sent to your email to confirm that the action is correct and also if it it is false to click the appropiate link within your email

Check your junk box and if ncsoft has sent an email put it in your inboxso that you will always have a record of any ticket ect.

just scanned through my 5000 emails and found what I needed, my ncsoft acc is back up, thanks for taking the time to help.
