I have g-skill in my old machine and have had no hang-ups problems at all.

Timings are all new to me

I don't think that you are going to get any noticeable differences with any of them, so I would go for the cheapest, if I had to say which one is "fastest" I'd go for the third set with the 7-7-7-21 timings.

RAM speed has zero effect on real-world performance; don't get sucked in by the numbers. Unless they're benching, smart buyers go for low price, not tight timings or high clocks.

That said, the price difference between those three is so small it doesn't really matter - if you want the tighter timings (for epeen or whatever), go for it.

I agree. Unless you are into overclocking and trying to get the ultimate e-peen out of your machine, you are not going to notice the difference in performance from one to the other.
And unless you have serious cooling problems, this ram:

would work just as well.
