To play GW2, or not to play GW2! ...on good fps

Hello again! It's my Birthday today ! I'm really happy cuz I got a new PC, monitor, speakers, (internet adapter for x-mas i might get). ANYWAY, I tried out Guild Wars Trial with the computer, and on options, I checked everything, put graphics all the way up, put it to 1600x900 resolution, and the only negative thing is no AA, which after looking in amazement at GW's graphics, who needs AA anyway? I got 12-24 fps (I've only been in Ascalon City and Lakeside Country so far though, LOL)! You're probably thinking I'm frowning right now, but NO! It's just right, and works fine (...to my knowledge)! Lol I have Guild Wars Trial and Fraps running right now while I'm writing this thread... Anyway, I plan getting Guild Wars Trilogy in 2 days at Gamestop. By the way, the PC has 3GB RAM, AMD Athlon X2 II 215, Windows 7 HP 64-bit, NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE, and 500GB HDD. WELL what I would need to upgrade to play Guild Wars 2 at same or little better graphics, with same resolution, and same fps (or obviously better if possible ) I know Guild Wars 2 isn't out yet, but just so I have an idea. I plan to spend no more than $120 or less on upgrades (probably less). Remember, no AA! Something that can get me 30 fps or less (graphics card, psu, etc.)

EDIT: I think my computer handles only Low Profile (probably Low Profile Ready too) graphics cards.

that will only cost you $70-75 with shipping and will give you plenty of muscle to max out GW1 and it will play GW2 as well whenever it comes out.

I would go with what elder suggested pretty nice deal =] just be sure to check if you have a pci express slot or not it looks like the 6150 is integrated

I too would go with what elder suggested for a video card, but first you need to check to make sure that your computer actually has a PCI-e graphics card slot. Some low-end computers with integrated graphics don't even have a slot.

Secondly, if the computer has a compact case (thus requiring low profile cards) it may not have a standard power supply. If the power supply in it is 350 to 400 watts (or better) you may be able to use that HD4650 anyway, without getting a larger power supply. (The recommended power supply for an HD4650 is 400watts)
If it's a non-standard power supply, or is too hard to replace, or is too small (wattage), and you don't want to spring the cash for one, you could get a lower power video card such as:
