Account location; changing it possible?

As said, due to certain reasons, I presume my acc is "american".
Is there any way to transfer account back to euros (not talking about dist change), for this thing is causing sometimes a serious handicap.
Before spamming support, decided to try here.

Most likely, you will need to go through the NCsoft site to do this.

I was just about to ask a very similar question so i hope you don't mind me jumping in your thread.
I live in the uk and before the big update and district changes i moved my primary account to the american region because there was a ton more people to
group with but my connection is flaky some days (more recently) and ping is still high as if i was playing on distant servers no matter which district's i choose.
Would my account still be locked to the american servers? and if so do you think they would change it back to the europe region?
______________
I do have access to some other accounts that were locked to both euro and american regions at the time and there is a difference in connection and ping, Euro does give me a better connection & ping...

T1Cybernetic, if all you want to do is change to a Europe district, just do so in-game. The game will save your last location when you close GW. If you close GW when you are in Europe-English, you will go to Europe-English the next time you start GW.

Sorry the right wording was (Territory) My account is still locked to the american territory because i changed it from europe manually back when there was only a limited number of changes.
I know it is locked to america because when making a guild it tell's me on the guild roster in the top left (Home America)
Here's some info from guildwars support pages:
Anyhow changing districts only makes my connection slightly better when i am on my home (europe) districts but when playing on my other account which is/was locked to europe territory i have a much smoother game!
I just thought i would ask here first if i could still get my territory changed before going through support I was avoiding logging in to my ncsoft account with all the recent account problems as it happens but that's another story...

In the past, we allowed players in the "America" and "Europe" territories the ability to change to the alternate territory only a small number of times. This limitation is no longer in place, and these players can transfer between American, Europen, and Asian districts as often as they would like. You can change your current territory by following these instructions: Launch Guild Wars and log into the game with any character. Select a new district with the district dropdown menu. Select one of the default districts to change districts within the same territory or to the International district. Select More Options... to access a menu that will allow you to select America, Europe, or International districts. Note: The Europe territory includes districts for English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, and Russian language users. You can find more information about territories on our Official Guild Wars wiki at: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Territory |

Posted a new thread but if from what I've said people understand, I'm having the same problem as above although I was never given the option of choosing a region in the first place. Changing district appears to be something different

I never found out anything else since my last post unfortunately
GODh
Idk how to change it back, but maybe someone else can create that european guild for you and you take over??

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your question OP but I took a laptop with GW's installed to Canada (I live in the UK) and had no problems playing the game from there. Not really sure what the issue is? As others have said you can change dist in game to Russian or whatever dist. if the desire takes you.

No but, i never did ask support to see if they could sort it out. I bet they could change it manually if they wanted to :P
