pick R/Mo for mending and healing breeze.

R/Mo for Healing Breeze and Resurrect/Rebirth. Basically, don't worry about it - by the time you might actually need a secondary and know what one you want, you'll be able to change it. For now, just concentrate on the Ranger part.
Edit: to rephrase - you don't actually need any secondary at this point, but since you have to pick one, it may as well be Monk for the "hard" rez skills.

R/Mo is probably the most useful because of Healing Breeze and the resurrection skills. Also, there are a few condition removal skills that you can use (if you don't want to use antidote signet).

Rangers don't need self heals thats why theres monks , I would go /E to mess with conjure spells

well in my opion it wont matter
u'll wind up using all rnager skills anyway
rangers don't need a secondary becuz they can spend all day on the back line firing arrows and using an occasional troll unguent / antidote sig.

Go with monk. You will quite often be the last one standing and having a hard "repeatable" rez is a good idea. So much better than starting over.

Stay Ranger/Warrior for Frenzy, it's an amazing skill, and since you'll have more armor than almost any other profession and you'll be ranged, you'll hardly ever have to worry about the double damage you take.
