1. I attempt to enter an area, whether it be by button, map travel or portals, I usually get stuck at 0% and it will -never- load unless I manually close Guild Wars and restart it up again. This can be a bad situation if i'm getting a run somewhere, or vice versa.
2. After leaving my computer screen inactive on Guild Wars, the screen messes up with disorganized pixels everywhere, confirmed many times by me that it doesn not occur while on any other fullscreen games.
3. I always have to reload PvP maps, even if I have recently entered the exact same location within 10 minutes of each other. (Not sure if it occurs in Codex and HA)
4. My personal record while in Kamadan a-D1, 84,500k ping - occured days before wintersday update, but suffered another extreme ping spike in Zos Shivros Channel when Nicholas the Traveler was collecting Guardian Moss.

All answers are very much apprieciated because if my list of growing problems persists, i'll probably end up quitting.
Edit: I run Guild Wars at 2px anti-aliasing with highest settings possible, and I usually camp at 55-70 fps.
Edit2: Brother toggled some options for the whole computer to potentially fix number 2, deleted Gw.dat, reinstalled guild wars and ran a -image, will try a -switch or -repair if problems persist.

Sounds like your gw.dat isn't up-to-date and maybe even corrupted... have you ever tried the -switch commandline argument?

Sounds like a plan, if -image doesn't help some of my underlying problems, i'll report back and make a list of what is still happening.
p.s. About Gw.dat located in "C:\Users\...\Documents\Guild Wars", is that the same thing? Because it has always come up with Windows cannot identify the program to open this with ever since I started playing in late '06.

Windows will never know how to open the file because it doesn't necessarily need to, unless you have a .DAT file opener/cracker don't bother trying to open the GW.dat, you won't need to, to play, GW.exe only knows how to open it to run the game.
Try image though, might help fix things, delete the .dat before you -image though, start with a fresh one to avoid errors.. if you plan on doing the -image before going to sleep.

1. Try swapping in a different video card.
2. Defrag your hard drive.
3. Delete gw.dat and reload.
