Eternal Weapons

We have Eternal blades, eternal shields and eternal bows. I have noticed that only the eternal blade has that nice subtle little glow that looks very nice. But we have a bow and shield that doesn't. I would like for the other 2 eternal weapons to have that nice glow; would make them look a bit better and make them a matching set. That shouldn't be much of an issue to change; if it is Anet can gladly send me the model files for the e-blade and i'll add it to the shield and bow

There's no reason to change it, really. And with the eblade being much more valuable and harder to get, it deserves that little glow that people like

I knew there would be ppl like you; well here's the thing - they are all part of the same family of weapons - shouldn't they all share the same look? If one glows, they all glow. We dan't have an animated celestial sword, and a non-animated shield; so why are the eternal weapons like that?

well the weapons in gw look pathetic, i wouldnt mind making any if most of the weapons look better

e.g ob edge its 2d junk, give it some thickness imo

based upon your asumption that the Eternal Blade is part of the same family, then shouldn't they re-design the Celestial Compass to look a bit more like a celestial weapon?

no, it was designed by a user and was added to the game at a much later stage than the rest, hence it looking better.

It's the same with Eternal Blade, even though it's part of the same family as the rest of the eternal stuff, I would just like to say that instead of adding a glow to it, why not just add more weapons to the family, Eternal Hammer, Eternal Axe (even though chaos axe is practically the same thing), Eternal Compass, Spear, Scythe, Daggers, Wand and so fourth. (not staff, thats Ghostly Staff).

Lets face it the eternal blade was added much later in the game than the rest of the eternal weapons so of course it's going to look better!

/signed, i decided to use an eternal weapon set on my war some time ago.. didnt really fit together because of that glow.....

EDIT: @ Faith, Anet made the eternal blade, to join the eternal group.......
Some guy created the Celestial Compass in a design competition.. and wasn't entered into the celestial set........

Honestly though, I don't think Anet will change anything. Just try looking for another item with a nice skin

They should glow a little yes but dont think it matters so much at this point ...
