I contacted the GW support team with a question about changing my account password on Thursday and ever since then, my account has been completely inaccessible. I haven't heard anything from the GW support staff.

How long does it usually take for them to get back in touch?

I am missing Wintersday.

They were always very fast when I contacted them, but then again I've heard cases of tickets taking a few days (like yours).

They'll probably be in touch with you soon, but whatever you do, don't renew your ticket because you'll get pushed back in the qeue.

I hope it is resolved quickly. I want to take my guild to a new alliance. I am just am worried they won't take care of it before Thursday and then they will all be off for Christmas.
