Shields ( Draconic, Eternal, Tribal and Goldleaf)

i need some help, i need some advice about these Shields, i dont know what to do with them.

here we go:


PC:

Tribal Shield: ( 10 Tactics)
+43HP ( while in strance)
Reduce Disease duration by 20%


Eternal Shield (11 Commands)
+27hp
Reduce Disease duration by 20%


Draconic Aegis (10 Command)
+43HP ( while in strance)
Reduce Disease duration by 20%


Goldleaf Defender ( 11 Command)
+27HP
Received Physical Damage -2 ( while enchanted)

it maybe be possible to sell the draconic aegis for a bit of money id say around 30k if it is inscribable
