Key Logger?

Is there any way to check if there is a key logger on your computer and if so how to remove it?

Just found out my second GW account has been permanently terminated for payment fraud. What does that mean?

This is only 2-3 weeks after my main GW account was stolen. My AION account is also currently blocked for violations of the user policy and my WoW account is also under susicious activity.

All accounts had different user names and passwords with a minimum of twelve characters and a combination of letters and numbers.

I have not used the WoW account in 10 months. I have not used the AION or my 2nd GW account in 2 weeks as I have been busy trying to get money together again in my main GW account.

What the *beep* do I do now? Other than log a support ticket with Arena Net (which is already done). My NC master account is also unavailable as the password and my security questions have been changed.

Backing up computer preparing to format ... I feel ill ... what if they also have my Internet Banking info? What about all the caracters on my 2nd account? Is it possible I can get it back?

Download malwarebytes antimalware software make sure its updated u have to do it manually thou make a deep scan can take 10-15 min.

Found myself a keylogger back in the day and i didnt use 3rd party software or never ever bought gold in my life. o_O

Malware bytes found nothing. Same result with my anti-virus software, Hijack This, Spybot Search and Destroy, and Lavasoft's Ad-aware. The system continually came up clean. I don't buy gold or share the account.

Just damn well hope what ever caused it can be discovered ... only thing that springs to mind is this whole mess started just after I signed up for one of those "fill in surveys for money sites" hmm ... that facebook worm started at around the same time - another possibility maybe? I've formatted now, time for the ghastly never ending updates from Windows.

If virus scanners came clean, and reformatting it doesn't work, the best thing I can suggest is taking your computer to a professional to have it cleaned up.

I am a professional ... that's why it's so frustrating. Bah still no word from NC Soft its been 10 days
