Security Question Problem

How come when I try to log in the game underneath where I enter my password it asks me a security question, and the question it asks me is what is one the characters on this account, I have entered my characters name exactly and I still can't login. What do I do?

If you're absolutely positive that you're spelling the character's name correctly, go contact support. They would be able to solve your problem for you.

Try a different character first, if you have one.. or of course contact support like Neo said.

Make sure you've put in both.
Make sure you've enterered both 100% correctly.
Should this fail, contact support, but they'll be getting a lot of questions and stuff around Christmas time, and won't be working, so don't expect an answer in a few hours. Or days.

You have to fill in 3 things correctly:
- email
- password
- character name of one character on that account
- password
- character name of one character on that account
