LF Run to Vizunah Square (Local Quarter)

I've been trying to get all the outposts on my primary character (Derv) and so far I've succeeded with the exception of Vizunah Square (Local Quarter), which would make my trips into the Undercity that much easier. (as well as bringing glee to my inner pack rat )
I've already asked around, but my guildies are all past that point in their campaign with full slots.

So, I'm looking for a Factions character with the Mayhem in the Market quest active to help me get from The Marketplace to Vizunah Local.
I've got a working DiscordWay team to give backup, should it be necessary and of course you can expect 1k and my eternal gratitude for helping me out.
