One of my 2 Compys has this card, the other has pci-e ati 4670.
on the pc with the 4670 i can go into CCC and monitor the gpu temp under the ati overdrive section.
on the agp machine the overdrive section of CCC does not appear -
Does the agp 4650 lack temperature sensing capability?
i know my ancient (lol) agp ge force 6800 could sense temps (apples and oranges i know)- I just find it hard to believe that this ati card lacks this function...

As I understand it, this issue is the driver, not the card. Have you tired any third party apps for that?

what version of CCC do you have - also, did you check the locked icon under the Overdrive tab? (if that isn't there at all you might need to download the new 9.12 version of CCC from ATI's website).

dont want to annoy the wife by resetting her desktop icons again so i will leave it be for the present
