[Phnx] Alliance Looking For Guilds!

We're a small alliance, us and two other guilds, but we are still very active and friendly. Our guild is small, and Kurzick, but we have very experienced and helpful members who will help as needed, and we try to do Elite Areas or Dungeons very frequently, we do not use permasins and always do balanced way teams.
