I recently installed a DVD RW burner drive into my pc. I now have a CD-Drive and a DVD RW Drive. Disks do not work in either drives and when i click on the DVD RW drive it gives me the error Application Not Found.

Disks did work in the CD Drive prior to the addition of the DVD burner.

I assume, given the problem, that you have older IDE style drives - if they are SATA, I don't know what to tell ya. 
Anywho, if they are IDE, and both connected on the same data cable, make sure you set the jumpers on the drives properly. One drive should be set to "master" and the other set to "slave". Or, they could both be set to "cable select" (CS).
This also applies if you connected the DVD to the cable with the hard drive - set the DVD to "slave" in that case (the HDD should already be master).
If that doesn't help, give us some more info, such as:
- are they IDE or SATA?
- are they both connected to one cable/port, or is one on the cable/port with the hard drive?
- is the power connected properly to both drives?
