Heya i'd like a PC on:

Crippling Broadblade Scimitar of Defense
Slashing Dmg: 10-14 (Requires 9 Swordmanship)
Lengthens Crippled duration on foes by 33% (Stacking)
Armor +5
Inscription: "Guided by Fate"
Damage +15% (while Enchanted)



Ofcourse the above details are of the weapon, gold.
