As the title states I am looking for the following:

20% HCT/HSK, 20%HCT/HSK Restoration Wand
20% HCT/HSK, 20%HCT/HSK Restoration Focus

20% HCT/HSK, 20%HCT/HSK Curses Wand
20% HCT/HSK, 20%HCT/HSK Curses Focus
