Lot to say, will try to keep it quick.
Finished Nightfall in 07' with an R/Me but stopped playing to keep up in school, and I've been drifting back and forth through other MMOs and games since then, not sticking to anything in particular... but last week I decided to take the dive and just get the whole GW trilogy + EotN; I started an N/Mo in Prophecies and just hit Shiverpeaks earlier this evening.
With that said I'm getting back into the swing of things, alternating between unlocking skills w/ a trapper in Zaishen Elite and playing through mishes on my N/Mo at a frustratingly slow pace. When I start playing consistently I tend to glue my eyes to PvXWiki, which only makes Prophecies' slow progression seem even worse ^__^. Doing missions alone with stupid-ass henchmen is like the most pathetic thing ever ... and it's hard to get reliable PUGs without friends T__T
So I'm looking for a friendly guild on the larger and older side that has both a mix of experienced players (who I can learn from) and newer players (who I can help). Ventrilo/Teamspeak & online forums/website are a plus (well... kind of a must actually
).Unfortunately the reason I'm posting here and not responding to guild advertisements is because I can't play at all during the school year. College comes before games, sadly -- I can't risk being head-over-heels addicted except at home on vacations (specifically, Thanksgiving; winter; spring; and summer vacations). I could even put GW on my mac w/ CrossOver (screw Boot Camp), but then I'd never get any work done
So except for that condition I'm all yours. I will still be active on any online forums your guild might have even when I'm at school, though. And when I am playing I can do any role effectively, PvE or PvP, so long as I'm on a toon with the right skills and builds. It's just getting those skills is the hard part O.o
