** Attribute levels can be changed around but just to point something out, you don't need 16 blood magic as 15 blood magic will give the same results for the life transfer skill.
Skills:

Protective Spirit: Enchantment Spell. For 5...19...23 seconds, target ally cannot lose more than 10% max Health due to damage from a single attack or Spell.

Healing Breeze: Enchantment Spell. For 15 seconds, target ally gains +4...8...9 Health regeneration.

Shielding Hands: Enchantment Spell. For 8 seconds, damage received by target ally is reduced by 3...15...18. When Shielding Hands ends, that ally is healed for 5...41...50 Health.

Shield of Absorption: Enchantment Spell. For 3...6...7 seconds, damage received by target ally is reduced by 5 each time that ally is hit while under the effects of this Enchantment.

Life Transfer: Elite Hex Spell. For 6...11...12 seconds, target foe and adjacent foes suffer -3...7...8 Health degeneration, which you gain as Health regeneration.

Essence Bond: Enchantment Spell. While you maintain this Enchantment, whenever target ally takes physical or elemental damage, you gain 1 Energy.
Balthazar's Spirit: Enchantment Spell. While you maintain this enchantment, target ally gains adrenaline and 1 Energy after taking damage. (The amount of adrenaline gained increases depending on your rank in Smiting Prayers.)

Mending: Enchantment Spell. While you maintain this Enchantment, target ally gains +1...3...4 Health regeneration.
** You can use shielding hands and shield absorption right after the other when each skill ends so if used correctly and without interruption you are invincible here.
** This build is a bit slow but it works. If you want to speed it up you could try replacing essence bond or balthazar's spirit with a skill that attacks all foes nearby, but once again most of them won't work because it will get interrupted.
