i buy gw fractions/nightfall yesterday. installing was perfect
then i come to account/password, when i enter name i password
ther is a popup that says "code 227" .
i have contakt nc support. lot of email that says do this do that
nothing happens.
help a new player in gw.

Error 227 indicates that the game doesn't recognise your account information. Have you made a 'new account' and added the CD key(s) that came in the box to that new account?

my account is my email, i have not added the cd key. shall i uninstall an beging again

An uninstall is not necessary. You need to add the CD key on the account page before you can log in.

After loading the game up make sure you follow these steps:





After doing all that you go back to the first screen like in the first picture and you can login with the email and password you've provided. You won't need to provide a character name as you won't have one yet.
