So, I reset my password a few days ago. I was supposed to get an email with the new password. Waited until the following day... nothing. So I followed the directions that basically said if you don't get an email within 24 hours, to visit the support site and open a ticket... done. It's now been 4 days, still... nothing.
What I think happened - It asks you to enter your character name. Well, I did that, but I think I may have mis-typed an extra character. I'm wondering if there is some lock-out happening because I may have inadvertently entered my character name wrong.
My problem is I can't get anything from support. I got one message from them saying that my ticket had been "elevated" (or something like that) but nothing since.
Anyone else have this problem before?

yup got this problem with my alt account, forgot the password and tried to reset it.
I got the automated message right away saying the password was successfully reset and that the new 1 would arrive via email. Email never showed up.
I was just trying to decide if I cared enough about it to send in a message to play NC but if I'm not the only 1 with the problem I'll most certainly mail Anet.

Just an echo, yes I had that same problem.
Solution, log into NCSoft Account first and then change password from there works very smoothly.
