I haven't been able to connect to anything run by Anet

- Anet launcher
- guildwars.com
- guildwars2.com
- lineage2.com
- lineage.com
- aiononline.com
and im really keen to start playing again but as yeah, i cant excactly log in, it has been about 2 months since this started.
Whenever i start the gw launcher it says "Connecting to Arenanet - 0%" then jumps to 100% after about 5 seconds. then when i try to log in it says "Guild wars was unable to connect to any login servers. This is very likely cause by an internet router issue. if prob persists, please contact the gw support website" (code=058) (which leads me to yet another problem.... when i try to go to the gw site a page load error comes up saying "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.guildwars.com."
I have also researched all possible ways that people have fixed the code 058.. and none have helped.. I've reinstalled gw about 3 times, allowed access through my firewall, my brothers have played around with the router and still no luck.
Also my friends can connect to my account on gw without a problem. (even though it wouldn't make a diff).
And if it helps at all.. gw still downloads updates when there are new ones.. but i can just never connect to Anet.
So if anybody can help or send me a link which could help, it would be much appreciated. And if there's something specific i could possibly do to change stuff on my router to allow me to connect to Anet that would also help
